DescriptionWe're looking for performance-driven, innovative leaders who understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus. Our 24-week summer intern program offers candidates working toward their Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance exposure to a variety assignments which could include: New Product Costing, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, Tax, Standard Setting, Financial Analysis, Physical Inventory, Global Internal Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley and Enterprise/Sector Accounting projects just to name a few.
As we hire the majority of our full time positions through our intern & co-op talent, successful candidates will have an opportunity to interview for full-time positions with our post-graduate career tracks in the Accelerated Development Program, a leadership rotational program designed for Accounting/Finance.The program consists of a 9-month plant cost accounting assignment, a 9-month flexible assignment and 12 months in Audit Services. These assignments are strategically chosen to ensure continuous learning and personal development. Program participants roll-off the program into accelerated leadership roles/paths.

Requirements* Overall 3.0 GPA or above
* Demonstrated leadership skills (minimum of one example in the last four years such as: school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects)
* Work experiences (minimum of two functionally related internships or six months of experience, ie Co-op or work exp by graduation) * BS/BA Accounting or Finance
* Willing to be mobile and relocate anywhere in the US.
