The Healthcare Accounting intern will have the opportunity to influence the direction of our company and gain first hand business knowledge. This position is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to see firsthand what it takes to launch, grow, and succeed as the company continues to expand and grow into new territories. The intern will learn the essentials of many financial areas in our company, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, and Payroll.
The internship opportunity is available in our corporate office in El Segundo but will assist with our multiple office locations, including Culver City, Torrance, Irvine, Encino, Oxnard, Walnut Creek, and San Diego.

Responsibilities• Assist the Accounting Team with various projects to ensure deadlines are met
• Provide solutions to customer service issues and ensure the highest quality of care is always provided
• Assist with external employee information and payroll procedures
• Provide assistance with the invoicing of clientele for payment
• Communicate with internal staff to ensure accuracy during billing and payroll processing
• General office operations
