DescriptionWe are looking for someone to fill the role of Account Coordinator for our production management programs. This position reports to the Director of Operations and Print as well as the President. The coordinator is mainly responsible for running the daily, weekly, and monthly customer service operations of the Print Management program at Hanlon Creative. The expectations of this position are to grow a foundation of knowledge and experience in the key areas of agency processes, production, creative development and management, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
ResponsibilitiesLogs jobs into production quickly and as predetermined by procedure
Follows up with customers to gain all specs in order to move jobs forward
Partners with clients to ensure a clear understanding of objectives, issues and concerns
Manages customer requests and issues proficiently
Writes detailed and consistently formatted proposals for customers
Coordinates designers effectively with clear communication and instruction
Provides weekly status reports to the Director of Operations and customers regarding key initiatives
Reviews all projects and jobs with client via meeting or email
Delivers excellent customer service
Cultivates a strong working relationship with clients
Works well within the Hanlon team
Maintains a positive attitude
RequirementsCoordinator should be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Candidate should have 2+ years of customer service experience or related experience.
Be organized, self-reliant, articulate, flexible, and capable of working under pressure.
Have an incredible appetite for learning on your own and from others.
Strong customer service presence is a must.
Have good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
