DescriptionSequtec, Inc D.B.A AVUE is hiring accountant, customer service and inside sales for the expansion of business this year. Those positions are full time, long term and multi-tasking preferred.
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Responsibilities- General Bookkeeping
- Maintain QuickBooks
- A/P, A/R, payroll and Account Reconciliation
- Manage office, online store and inventory
- Inbound telephone calls, emails, answer pre-sales questions, process orders & requests, and other office duties.
- Learn and effectively communicate key product features and benefits to customers via e-mail and phone
- Provide pre-sales technical information, pricing quotations, and customer/prospect follow-ups
- Maintain and develop dealerships.
- Record and maintain contact database records in Salesforce CRM.
- Make presentation and training for targeted customer.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Mac OS and software upgrades and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Must be a team player and flourish in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Open to constructive criticism and customer feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Ability to communicate with clients and vendors by phone, email and face to face
- Good working knowledge of computers and applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.
- Energetic self-starter and result-driven.
