Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and personable Accounting Clerk to provide full time general office and administrative support

Responsibilities

Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Prints and obtains signatures on all draw checks for construction, rehab,
Distributes signed checks as required
Responsible for preparing and reconciling the general ledger to deposits
Provides reports to management as requested
Ensures that borrower inquiries are responded to in a timely manner
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint
• Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced industry

Skills

Required - Good communication skills, Good Listener, Bookkeeping, Ability to work under pressure
