THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast paced, luxury skincare company that has been enjoying unprecedented growth both domestically and in international markets. Joining the Accounting / Finance department will provide for experience in enhancing the accounting skills and techniques. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail oriented, reliable and team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the team on the areas of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Data entry
• Work with the team on updating customer and vendor records in the accounting system
• File and scan accounting documents / files to the designated filing locations
• Assist with ad hoc projects as requested

Requirements

• Recent graduate or Senior pursuing degree
• Major in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Proficient in MS office applications

Required - Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
