ResponsibilitiesGeneral Ledger responsibilities including account reconciliations, journal entries and month-end Key Account analysis.
General Accounting duties including researching account discrepancies and maintain prepaids and accruals.
Reviews US employees time sheets on a daily/weekly basis using automated timekeeping system (NOVAtime) and contacts supervisors as needed to make any necessary changes.
Trains new supervisors in NOVAtime.
Assists Payroll Accountant with NOVAtime maintenance and time sheet adjustments.
Daily customer billing.
Assists Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed.
Prepares Governmental Surveys.
Performs periodic and as needed Company Store physical inventory and reconciliation.
Assists with yearly audit preparation.
Special projects/reports as assigned.
RequirementsEducation: Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
