• Assist Operations Manager with day-to-day financial management planning, systems, and controls
• Assist in responding to visitor, phone, and emailed queries
• Utilize QuickBooks to manage company accounting and generate financial reports
• Regular meetings with Finance Committee
• Collaborate with staff in pursuit of operations & office efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist Operations Manager with increasing the effectiveness & efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, Finance/Accounting), through improvements to each function, as well coordination and communication between support and business functions
• Provide event & marketing support as needed
• Other duties as assigned


Minimum GPA: 2.0
Schedule: Flexible
15-20 hours per week

• Impeccable oral and written communication skills, as well as polite telephone etiquette
• Superior organizational skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidence
• Professional and friendly countenance
• Proficiency in general office practices, procedures and equipment
• Ability to plan, coordinate and execute meetings with a high degree of efficiency
• Ability to work independently in absence of office staff
• Ability to work under pressure and cope with variety of assignments simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet research
• Must be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver
