Description

Our goal at Gardening Unlimited is to provide our customers with a network of premier retail stores that provide the best shopping experience for indoor and outdoor gardeners. We promise to give you the best customer service, the *best prices available” and a well-rounded selection of inventory that is unmatched in our industry.

Responsibilities

Duties include:
Invoice entry and reconciliation with purchase orders and pricing
Vendor maintenance and correspondence
Weekly Credit Card reconciliations
Pricing updates and reconciliation
Daily Bank reconciliation of 9 banks
Month-end closing and reporting
Inventory analysis and adjusting entries

All of which are in support to an accounting team via data entry, filing, opening mail, printing invoices, and phone services etc.

Requirements

Essential professional attributes:
Associates Degree in Accounting or working toward Accounting Degree
Experience in MAS 500 accounting software preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and advanced experience in MS Excel
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package is commensurate with qualifications and experience
