Responsibilities

Provides advanced administrative support.
Maintains calendars, schedules appointments, anticipates conflicts, and resolves problems proactively.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, WebEx sessions and teleconferences including distributing agenda and presentation material and follow-up on minutes and action items for meetings.
Coordinates activities for meetings including contingency planning and proactive problem solving.
Handles all travel arrangements and itineraries including contingency planning and ad hoc issues management and expense reports.
Provides technical assistance in obtaining data and documents from the company, and legacy databases, archives, published data and other applicable sources.

Requirements

1-2+ years administrative assistant experience

Strong Microsoft Office Suites 2010 Word, Excel and Access

Typing at least 40 + wpm

Strong proofing skills

Excellent organization skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A Bachelor's Degree is highly desired but not required
