Responsible for providing senior-level administrativesupport to company executives, including but not limited to calendar andappointment management, travel schedule management and executivecorrespondence
Support RHP executive events by working effectively withsenior leaders and internal partners to develop, budget for, plan and executespecial events, including: employee meetings and social gatherings, leadershipretreats and seminars, Board of Directors meetings and other meetings asassigned
Handles a variety of situations involving the clerical andadministrative function of the office. Uses considerable judgment andinitiative to determine the approach or action to take in non-routinesituations.
Receives incoming calls for executives and gives informationto callers or routes calls as appropriate.
Serves a backup administrative resource for CEO and otherexecutives as needed.
Supports the needs of the companys philanthropic and publicaffairs endeavors
Anticipates and prepares materials needed by the Executivesfor conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings and telephone calls.
Creates, prepares, assembles and distributes information andreports as requested by the Executives.
Protects the integrity of highly confidential information.
Works on special projects and duties as assigned.
Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience requiredwith C-level assisting preferred.
Minimum of 5 years event planning, eventmanagement, and administrative experience required.
Strong organization,planning, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.
Strong computer skills required with proficiency in Microsoft applications(Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Possesses ahigh level of discretion, judgement and integrity when dealing withconfidential business and personnel matters.
