DescriptionThis is a ground floor opportunity for a quality individual to join a well-established local company, receive on the job training, and contribute to the overall success of the business. The open position is Part-time, Monday through Friday, 8am -- 5pm.
ResponsibilitiesThe job focus is on Accounts Payable data entry, preparing vendor payments, communicating with vendors via email and phone, answering the phone, filing, and light cleaning. Over time, there will also be cross-training to a variety of other office functions.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of computer software packages, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Understand finance and accounting principles and practices, financial markets, and banking
