Where: Elgin, IL 60124, required commute and work at this office daily
When: All year round,
ResponsibilitiesRespoonsibilities include all accounting activities but not limited to daily data entry, A/R, A/P, JE, filing, bank and credit card reconciliation, collection, and inventory control; generating sales & accounting reports; creating purchase orders, packing list and invoices; getting shipping quotations & handling daily shipping via FedEx and trucking company; scheduling pick up; handling shipping claims; general customer service and office administration, such as time keeping, employee record maintenance and data base updating.
RequirementsQualified candidates must possess at least 1 solid years of Quickbooks and bookkeeping experience. Ability to efficiently organize, file, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines within a flexible and changing environment. A high level of accuracy and attention to details are essential for this position. Willing to take a challenge and work hard to have the task done on time and correctly. Good at problem solving & finding improvement procedures. Needs a strong sense of responsibility as well as reliability. . Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. College degree in Accounting Major are preferred or any accounting background, and must be excellent in Word and Excel. Knowing other software programs will be a plus.
