Description

Experience with QuickBooks Pro, QuickBooks Payroll, Excel, and Word is a must!

Skills/Background requirements include:
- Minimum two years accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Pro, Excel and Word
- Knowledge of payroll and related taxes
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Trial Balance and Profit and Loss reports
- And other tasks as assigned
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently and think proactively, must be a team player
- Professional and self-motivated
- Will report to GM and Board of Directors
