DescriptionWe are trusted advisors to the world's leading businesses, governments, and organizations — helping to secure their commerce, data, IT infrastructure, and intellectual property. From critical infrastructure to credit cards; social media to mobile games; flight navigation systems to frozen waffle factories — we’re right there hacking away.
We are seeking a full-time sales coordinator and executive assistant to support our San Francisco-based managing partner.
Who You Are and What You’ll Do
You exude professionalism – as the situation demands it, of course. People tend to refer to you as a “mind-reader” since you can anticipate problems, needs, and solutions before they become reality. You can put out fires in a way that makes Smokey the Bear envious. Moreover, you are a hard worker who doesn’t flinch in the face of seemingly unsurmountable changes. Chaos makes your heart beat faster; you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always willing to pitch in a hand to help. You can wear many hats and look good in them all — and your skin is as thick as leather (not literally, though). Flexibility is inherent to your nature, and you are a lightning-fast learner.
you will be a sales coordinator in addition to an executive assistant for our San Francisco partner, managing all aspects of the partner’s life. You will be standing behind him, ensuring he is kept together at all times. For you, there will be no average day.
As a sales coordinator, you’ll work in a client-facing capacity and communicate with them often. You’ll be no shrinking violet – no, you’ll be out there on the frontlines. First and foremost, you will assist tremendously with the partner’s sales process. You’ll help by preparing all kinds of presentations, setting up client accounts and managing changes to those accounts, conducting sales reporting as needed, and jumping in with other tasks as the situation demands. You’ll become immersed in the world of information security sales and business development as you will need to arrange and assist in meetings with influential stakeholders.
As an executive assistant, you’ll alternate between ensuring Outlook calendars are up to date, scheduling meetings and appointments, checking and prioritizing emails, and coordinating with other assistants. Note-taking is another important part of this role; you’ll be present on various conversations and calls, and will have to transcribe key details for future reference.
