Field Manager will provide Administrative Support and Services as described here and that includes phone support, software training support, employee support, aiding in the setup of satellite locations, administrative resources highlighted in the Duties and Responsibilities Addendum and any other reasonably requested Services by the Company and agreed to by the Service Provider and the following services (collectively, the "Services"): Support for Assigned Employee's and be a Liaison between the Franchisee and the Employee’s.

Responsibilities

A. designate key individuals to perform its obligations herein;
B. conduct periodic meetings of key individuals and others as required;
C. fully cooperate with all reasonable requests for assistance, and
D. take such further steps and execute documents found reasonably necessary.

Requirements

The Field Manager will be required to be a Liaison between the Employee and the Franchisee. A Liaison is expected to bridge the gap by answering phone calls and responding to emails from assigned Employee’s to intervene from them calling the Franchisee directly.
