Accounting / Operational Logistics - INTERN


Arbor Gentry is looking for a Finance/Accounting intern. The student filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties. Such as managing Arbor Gentry's wholesale day to day b2b orders, managing the financial data flow and sending and receiving of all purchase orders. Finance / Accounting Intern will be responsible for working with our furniture factory in the wholesale and reconciliation of the day to day order process flow from a financial standpoint. This position has great potential for growth and high level potential for becoming a full time position. The position is hands on and multi tiered.


* Operations and Logistics
* Assist with month-end financial reports
* Post journal entries
* Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
* Assist with audits
* Issue Credit Memos
* Balance sheet reconciliation
* Work with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts
* Manage the monthly tracking of our physical inventory
* Support the payment processing team
* Data entry
* Credit checks
* Purchase Order Creation
* P & L statements
* Quick Books Proficient (Jobs and Assemblies)


Applicants should be Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting majors with a proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically EXCEL and highly knowledgeable in Intuit, specifically Quick Books Enterprise applications. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills are all essential to this position.
