Description

We are seeking for several Financial Analysts for high profile FP&A positionshelping to provide executive management with critical analysis and data used to evaluate performance, to report to internal leadership and to shape business strategy. These roles are responsible for helping to develop all financial planning, forecasting, monthly reporting and analysis activities and processes for all operating units, and ensures that financial plans and forecasts are completed with the appropriate due diligence to assure accuracy and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities
Supports the consolidation, forecasting, and planning activities of all business units
Partners with the Category Finance teams, SBUs, Sales & Marketing teams, and other Finance teams to assure proper linkage and priorities to support financial reporting and analysis
Prepares financial results and analytics for the FP&A manager and other Finance leaders
Assists with periodic statutory reporting requirements
Develops a deep understanding of financial systems, policies and processes, and gains insights into how key operating levers impact financial performance.
Assists finance improvement efforts including development of systems, tools, and processes that align with the finance team’s long-term financial strategy
Assists in the loading / validation of financial data into the reporting system and databases
Develops ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting for all business units
Develop and maintain SOPs and desktop procedures for reporting processes
Works on a fast-paced team of finance processionals and is responsible for managing assignments effectively and for making process improvement recommendations
Works effectively with a wide range of internal customers on financial matters

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
Master’s Degree or professional certification (CPA/CMA/CFA) desirable
2-5+ years of experience in Finance / Accounting
Experience in applying finance principles to business operations
Experience with enterprise financial reporting and planning systems (Hyperion: HFM, Planning and/or Essbase experience a plus)
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create macros, pivot tables, etc.
Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint)
High comfort level with finance system tools and processes to ensure accurate mapping and reporting of financial results
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Demonstrates strong problem solving skills, with the ability to drive for business solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Track record of achieving measurable business objectives
Demonstrates ethical and moral behavior; unquestionable integrity and character required
