-Scanning, Printing Documents

You will become someone who can:
-Prepare Federal Income Taxes
-Do Basic Immigration Cases
-Professionally Offer Business Translation Services
*May start being payed by 1 1/2 Month of settling.
Responsibilities- Data Entry of information and documents provided by our day-to-day clients
- Coordinate organizational and administrative tasks and support payables and receivables
- Answer calls that are coming in that cannot be attended to
- Review Federal Income Tax preparations to gain knowledge and experience
- Assist certified Tax Preparers in the completion of the federal return
Requirements- Demonstrate working knowledge of computer software packages, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face
