DescriptionDHK Solutions is one of the leading custom cabinet manufactory in California. Our scope of work includes casework, millworks, framing and drywall. Our projects are mostly public or commercial including sites on LAX, USC, UCLA, Beverly Hills City Hall, schools, hospitals, government buildings and so on.
We are seeking team player with good person to assist us around the office.
Responsibilities1. Reports to V.P
2. Assistant and support to production department.
3. Filing, data entry, employee payroll assistant.
4. Create order forms, work order forms, inventory forms, work progress report forms or any other forms from using Excel with calculation formula or Word.
5. Open, maintain and organize filing system.
6. Issue PO number and verify purchases with PO system.
7. Following up purchasing orders and material delivery, inform Production Manager for any delays.
8. Write letters and correspondence, answering phone, ordering and maintain office/toiletry supplies, (including coffee supplies).
9. Minor material pick-up and delivery, bank deposit and other general office tasks as required. (I.e. distribute faxes, mails, make copies, make phone calls and forwarding calls to field personnel, etc.).
10. Responsible for office equipment service calls.
RequirementsEfficient ,strong verbal and written communication skills ,bookkeeping, filing, good English skills in writing and grammar,
Ability to prioritize and mulit-task
Attention to detail and good in basic math
Familiarity with Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook & basic knowledge quickbook.
Excellent organizational skills
Quick to learn with an ability to follow-instruction
Positive attitude and must be a team player
Bilingual Spanish preferred but no required.
