Description

ExtraOrdinary Events is a new company in the Lehigh Valley that will planning, organizing and assisting individuals, business organizations and governmental agencies with special events. We have 10 years of event planning experience but have been working with partners and we have now decided to expand. It's quite exciting, so consider joining us!

Responsibilities

- Follow up with vendors - phone and email
- Prep vendor packages
- Work with vendor special requests
- Organize volunteer pool
- Prep details and coordinate event at direction of vendor coordinator

Requirements

- You mus be an ultra-organized person
- You must love people; be articulate in your verbal and written communication
- You are detail oriented
- You are a community-oriented individual
- You are able to track pre and post event information and disseminate information to those that require it
