BraNelle Business Consulting works with professional speakers and authors. We are currently looking to add to our team a dynamic business administrator to assist with our clients as well as to assist in taking our company to the next dimension.

This position will start off as a trial, and will become part-time. The person will become my assistant and will handle varies aspects of my business and non-profit organization. This will start off as an entry level.


Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned

• Resolves administrative problems;
• Provides information by answering questions and requests;
• Completes administrative projects; expediting work results;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
• Maintain Calendar
• Post on Social Media Sites
• Send out newsletter
• Make phone calls
• Assist with Marketing Support
• Update website
• Contact Management
• Support Owner
• Assist with processing mail, bookkeeping, data entry and office supplies requests
• Assist with event planning
• Help improve administration procedures
• Assist with Retreat and non-profit event.


•Experience in MS Office, - Customer Service
• Experience in Social Media
• Knowledge of Wordpress and website design is a plus
• Problem solver
• Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and research skills
• Detail-oriented and team player
• Accounting or Business Administration students encouraged to apply
