Description

BraNelle Business Support and Consulting is a Virtual Business Support Company that provide services to small and medium size companies. Our niche includes speakers and non profits. We also have a weekly blog talk radio show. BraNelle is currently in the process of being re-launched from our old company name SHARGO USA.

We are looking for an admin to help us with making calls, follow up, email marketing, social media posting and assisting with the radio show.

Currently this position is an unpaid intern position, but for the right person this position will become paid and will become a part of the team to become our business manager.

Responsibilities

Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Completes administrative projects; expediting work results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.-

- Post on Social Media Sites
- Send out newsletter
- Correspondence
- Make phone calls
- Assist with Marketing Support
- Correspond with clients
- Update website
- Contact Management

Requirements

- Experience in MS Office
- Customer Service
- Experience in Social Media
- Knowledge of Wordpress and website design
- Problem solver
- Understand cost-reduction principles and how to implement goals
- Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy
- Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization
