Description

BraNelle Business Support and Consulting works with speakers, coaches and authors and we provide support services to them. We are currently looking to add to our team a dynamic business administrator to assist with our clients as well as to assist in taking our company to the next dimension.

Currently this position is an unpaid intern position, but for the right person this position will become paid and will become a part of the team to become our business manager.

Responsibilities

Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned

• Resolves administrative problems;
• Provides information by answering questions and requests;
• Completes administrative projects; expediting work results;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
• Maintain Calendar
• Post on Social Media Sites
• Send out newsletter
• Make phone calls
• Assist with Marketing Support
• Update website
• Contact Management
• Support Owner
• Assist with processing mail, bookkeeping, data entry and office supplies requests
• Assist with event planning
• Help improve administration procedures


Requirements

•Experience in MS Office, - Customer Service
• Experience in Social Media
• Knowledge of Wordpress and website design is a plus
• Problem solver
• Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and research skills
• Detail-oriented and team player
• Accounting or Business Administration students encouraged to apply
