What I'm looking for: A very smart ambitious individual who might have a particular interest in business, marketing, or entrepreneurship. You must be committed to doing quality work, and very detail oriented. I also value integrity, honesty, and passion.
What we need right away: I need an admin to work closely with me on various tasks including business card entry, setting up meetings, editing documents, travel arrangements etc.
Further involvement: If you'd like to be even more involved, I'd love it. There is so much to learn when working with a start-up. You could help provide feedback on powerpoint presentations, and be my sounding board for ideas. If you'd like to attend some of my meetings I'd be glad to take you.
What's in it for you: Starting a company requires several moving parts. You'd learn about marketing, business plan writing, developing relationships, managing finances etc. Efileno is also an extremely connected company. We have access to some of the most influential people in the world. Depending on what you are passionate about, we can probably help you make connections so that you can start working towards your own dreams. We are always encouraging people to find their purpose in life and to live life fully.
Time: I'd love to work with someone 1-2days a week. Some of the time would be in person, and the other time could be virtual. 10-15 hrs per week.
