- Reports directly to the director of operations of the United States
- Reponsible for coordinating company events
- Assisting in coordinating between vendors, suppliers, and distributors
- Accountable for all daily operations with in the office. For example: filing faxing, answering phones and supply order
- Prepare and set up for all management presentations
- Keep executive calender up to date as appointments change
- Coordinate travel arrangements when required
- Collect and distribute reports and documents such as bimonthly/ monthly reports, as necessary
- Assist in new hire training. Including building orientation, issuing keys, assigning a work station, ordering business cards and making sure the desk has the correct supplies
- Coordinate employee contact data
- Manage office expenses and provide timely reports to management
- Assist in generating new marketing ideas


Candidate must have College Associates or Bachelors Degree
Office experience a plus
Must have knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word and Photoshop
