Seeking an administrative assistant for a rapidly growing IT company in Portsmouth NH. We are seeking someone that can assist with general office management duties that include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating and attending events on behalf of the company
- Ordering supplies
- Creating, organizing and editing documents
- Assisting with marketing duties
- Answering phones
- Create and manage company policies
- Send thank you cards
- Assist with personal tasks for CEO
- Research

Experience that would be a plus:
- Marketing
- Sharepoint
- Sales
- IT
