In this role, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for fielding incoming calls, managing calendars and appointments, generating several types of reports, composing correspondence, editing presentations, writing work orders, data entry of maintenance needs, creating tracking spreadsheets, ordering supplies, supporting special projects, and any other duties as they arise.
Our client is seeking a candidate with 3+ years of recent experience in a position where they were providing support to a property manager, ideally a commercial one.
