Description

The Hillcrest Event Center is Event Company looking for a detailed oriented person to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This position will work with the Assigned manager to assist with various administrative duties and office management.

Responsibilities

-Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
-Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software
-Responds to correspondence via email, phone or mail
-Plan and schedule meetings, calendar management
-Appoints new employees and give training
-Answers phone calls, routes calls to appropriate department
-Doing regular research and ensuring company’s success
-Uses fax machines and scanners
-Regular interaction with all the staff members including technical department
-Handle managerial duties in the absence of manager
-Maintain office files and documents
-Ensure employee’s safety in the office
-Need to come up with all new ideas in order to improve company’s profits
-Finds best solutions to overcome any hurdles in the company
-Observes all the staff members performance and giving feedbacks based on their performance

Requirements

-Majoring in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related major
-Excellent in typing and good communicational skills
-Familiar with Microsoft Office
-Perfect enthusiasm in learning new things
-Good at writing and solving problems quickly
-Capable of operating various office equipment like fax machines, scanners, telephones, etc.
-Capable of handling a team
-Good knowledge about how to interact with business clients
-Friendly and polite
-Capable of handling difficult situations in a perfect manner
