- Seeking an Administrative Assistant Intern for a growing walking tour business

- Excellent opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship and owning your own business

- Gain experience in every aspect of expanding a company - marketing, graphic design, web design, social media, content expansion, independent contractor hiring, etc.

- Small stipend of $100 a month


- Assist in creating brand new tour to be launched in May 2014

- Assist in designing new marketing brochure to incorporate both tours

- Assist in updating online marketing venues of new tour

- Update company website with new information

- Monitor and update Facebook account

- Help with hiring independent contractor as tour guides

- General assistance as needed with upcoming projects and schedules

- Relieve management of administrative details

- Help coordinate work flow


- B.A. or working towards B.A in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, etc

- Some work can be done from your home, so you must be well organized and a motivated, self-starter

- Knowledgeable with website updates and maintenance

- Knowledgeable with Social Media

- Creative, positive, responsive, and helpful

- Articulate problem solver with exceptional organizational skills and is accountable to deadlines without supervision

- Performs well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization

-Great, open minded personality with a willingness to learn

-Flexible Schedule, 1 day a week commitment
