Description

Assists in the efficient operations of LifeStyle Physical Therapy & Balance Center by providing administrative support to its CEO and Vice President of Operations. Also may be asked to assist the Patient/Physician Liaison from time to time.

Responsibilities

answering/screening telephone calls
answering e-mails and faxes
typing and sending correspondence
greeting and assisting visitors
receiving, organizing and distributing mail appropriately
arranging and scheduling appointments, luncheons, meetings and travel arrangements
setting up and maintaining filing system
Assists with quarterly and annual leadership team meetings including preparing and distributing packages for meetings.
Assists with the quarterly staff meeting including announcement, agenda, meeting set-up
Coordinates the CEO's Meetings with agenda, set up and minute taking.
Coordinates the Vice President of Operations Meetings with agenda, set up and minute taking.
Assists in planning and arranging management meetings and retreats.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skill and Ability
Working knowledge of Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels within the organization, both verbally and in writing.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent organization, prioritization and project management skills.
Strong pro-active work style and problem resolution skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
