Description

Progressive Life Center Administrative Intern will provide administrative support to the CEO and Director of Performance; maintain files and other information as requested; assist with preparations for meetings, travel, and other events for the Executive Office; assist with special projects; assist in completion of contractual forms; assist in the monitoring of staff weekly usage of the Performance Measure System; email monthly Performance Measurement Reports to Program Directors and CEO; develop and manage a Facebook page and twitter account; recommend and create accounts with other social media sites; other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least a junior or senior in college
• A minimum 2.5 GPA
• High degree of professionalism and willingness to be coached
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher and Internet)
