AdRev (http://adrev.net) is looking to add a detail oriented, technologically savvy and engaged intern to assist in the continued growth and expansion of our various businesses.
Our office atmosphere is casual but very hard working. We enjoy what we do and we’d like to add an employee who wants to have a great time working hard while expanding their skill set.
The right candidate is very familiar with Excel, internet/tech focused, knowledge of pop culture and has incredible attention for detail to coincide with their strong work ethic. Knowledge of Salesforce, YouTube, Google Admin, ZenDesk or a desire to learn about it is also a big plus. Please note on your application if you are familiar or an expert in any of these applications.
ResponsibilitiesAsset Management - This means working with artists and their files to properly allocate their recordings or images in our website as well as our accounting system
Manage large scale data management and reconciliation projects
Client (artist/label) support
Various administrative tasks including helping manage content within the YouTube system
Requirements4-5 Days a Week, 32-40 Hours
Excel Experience – You will be asked to prove what you know
Knowledge of pop culture – Due to the nature of our business some knowledge of pop culture is a must
Candidates should be available for a summer internship. However positions are also available for spring break, winter break, and throughout the semester.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Time management and organizational prowess
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
