Recognized as one of the leading recruiting firms in the Washington, DC area for the past five years, Grant/Morgan Associates is an executive search firm specializing in senior to executive-level financial, accounting, and real estate searches on both a local and a national basis. We are currently seeking an undergraduate with a flexible schedule to join us as a part-time Administrative/Marketing Assistant.

We are looking for a bright, energetic, organized individual to assist with reception, central administrative responsibilities, and marketing for our firm. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and a problem solver. Administrative duties will include directing phone calls, formatting resumes, updating databases, and creating marketing materials. We would also like to expand our social media visibility significantly, so this position will provide an excellent opportunity for someone interested in marketing and communications. He/she will be able to design a marketing strategy and generate a finished product.

Office is one block from the Bethesda Metro.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

- Answering phones and directing calls
- Formatting Word documents
- Posting updates on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites
- Ad hoc projects as needed
