I am Dwayne and I’m looking for that special someone that shares the same passion for business development and administration. I’m the CEO of Supreme Team Holdings-which own 2 blunt wrap brands: The Chronicles and Kings Delight. In addition too, I am the COO of a high end European, men’s clothing brand named- Susudio. Also, I lease apartments to foreign visitors in Miami, Florida and I could use an extra pair of hands. Two brains are better than one, right?! To be more specific, I’m hoping to find an administration assistant who can be my right hand (wo)man, and hopefully become a part of the business. Interns must be available to work up to 25 hours a week, in the Northwest Miami-Broward, Florida area.
The Administrative assistant is largely influential in proper management and thus, also greatly affects the public’s perception, trust, and assurance in the company’s management. Therefore, we are seeking desirable qualifications in an administrative assistant such as excellent literacy, attention to details, timeliness in completing tasks, neat and accurate record keeping, and a willingness to ask questions.

ResponsibilitiesAs an administrative assistant, we’ll work together to plan, coordinate, and oversee management and reporting for multiple businesses. The administrative assistant may have many important duties specific to its role, including:
1. Administrative Assistant Duties
Most administrative assistant duties revolve around managing and distributing information. This generally includes making calls, retrieving and sending information, maintaining files, & making tactical decisions. Administrative assistants may also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers.
Administrative assistants may be in charged with monitoring and recording expenditures. Duties may range from creating spreadsheets to reporting expenses to an office manager. As such, some administrative assistants may be required to be knowledgeable in office bookkeeping software, such as Microsoft Excel.
3. Planning and Scheduling
Planning events like board meetings and luncheons may also be the responsibility of administrative assistants. This may require researching vendor prices or inquiring about participants' availability. Other duties may include scheduling appointments and preparing presentation materials.
Administrative assistants may also help office members with documentation. Aside from storing, organizing and managing files, assistants may need to type, edit and proofread documents. Some assistants may need to take dictation or record the minutes of meetings.
Requirements1. High school diploma and some college
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Technology literacy (Excel, Microsoft)
4. Strategic and effective problem solving skills
