his is a Business Development role. 48 Projects Inc. is a global operator in the Entertainments Industry, based in Beverly Hills. It is the holding company for the 48 series of projects, including 48 Film Project, an international online short film competition and 48 Music Project, a parallel online song writing contest. Participants must produce and upload their entry within a 48 hour competition period. 48 Projects is a dynamic mix of artistic and technical, creative to the core and driven by the web. More projects are coming on stream in 2015. The interns will assist the Project Managers of each project and gain direct experience of working in a fast-paced, varied environment. The successful applicants will learn how to think on their feet, develop their problem-solving skills and generally learn how to be effective managers and decision-makers in a realtime commercial environment. All our interaction with our customers is online, although they produce their entries in the analogue world, they are focused on tech, and our working environment is mostly digital.


- Working side by side with the Project Managers
- Making LOTS of calls
- Writing proposals
- Social media marketing & posting on social networks
- Assisting with marketing campaigns
- Writing blogs and announcements
- Online marketing
- Sending targeted emails using LinkedIn and online research
- Assistance with following up large opportunities
- Creating and sending newsletters
- Managing the development of micro sites
- Organizing and attending exhibitions
- Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
- Prepare presentations
- Open and sort mail
- Enter contact information into contact management systems
- Maintain tracking report of public relations activity


- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms
- Computer Literate
- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education
