DescriptionAvance Electronics is seeking an administrative assistant intern who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English starting as soon as possible. The position will assist with various aspects of daily administrative tasks and work closely with our vice president. With nearly two decades of experience in the design, development and manufacturing of rechargeable batteries, chargers and electronic accessories for mobile phones, vehicles and more, Avance products are designed to minimize size while offering advances to enhance power, performance and connectivity in a technologically advanced world.

ResponsibilitiesDrafting email; Managing calendars; Making travel, meeting and event arrangements; Carry out computer and Internet research tasks; Translating documents between Mandarin Chinese and English. Serve as liaison between the Executive Vice President’s office and other leadership;Handle confidential documents and other communications with absolute discretion;Provide general administrative support
RequirementsWe are looking for an undergraduate/graduate student in Las Vegas area with exemplary communication skills, including a professional and friendly telephone and email etiquette, a strong vocabulary, and outstanding written communication and proofreading skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English. Applicant must demonstrate computer proficiency including email, web applications and contact management software. Be able to work well with all levels of internal management and staff. Business Administration major is a bonus.
Excellent academic record
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must possess at least two of the following:
