Job-Runners,LLC., is looking for a Business Support and Admin Intern to start immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for a business oriented proactive individual to become our Business Support and Admin Intern and learn what the internal operations of a start up organization looks like.
30-60 day internship. This internship is part office based and part remote, so you are able to work from home, we will provide a schedule at the start of each week. This is a non-paid internship. We will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to learn, work directly with the company CEO and Co-Founders and build your resume!
ResponsibilitiesTasks & Responsibilities to include:
Provide customer service support by phone/email/website
Support business reporting using tools such as Google analytics
Event management, planning and support
Manage printing/copying/distribution of materials to customers
Lead customer email campaigns using tools such as MailChimp
Support 3rd party business administration activities such as invoicing, managing email correspondance
Support and make recommendations for Social Media & Marketing activities
Participate in on and off the job learning and training activities to develop deeper knowledge in this area
Support the development of Marketing materials for both physical (leaflets, flyers, promotion materials etc) and web based content
Provide suggestions for website improvements
Highly organized, able to prioritize time-sensitive assignments and willingness to learn
A passion for learning more about business operations and support
A passion for customer service support and making clients feel appreciated
Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest, etc.)
Able to take direction, handle ability and receive and incorporate feedback into your work
