Description

We are seeking Call Center/ Customer Service professionals to join our growing team. We are a well-established engineering compnay who offers our customers real software, hardware and also the applications. You will be responsible for responding to incoming calls supporting our customers, ensuring their questions are answered promptly, pleasantly and effectively. You are also responsible for answering sales team questions and responding to other phone calls/requests.

Required Skills & Experience:

Great phone skills and communications skills, professional phone etiquette is a MUST Strong computer skills
Flexible hours availability preferred (you will have a set schedule)
Must demonstrate a professional attitude
Able to professionally take constructive criticism
Demonstrates good conflict resolution skills
Works well in a high volume, fast paced environment
Able to work effectively without supervision
Previous experience in a call center is a strong plus
