DescriptionAssist case management staff in organizing and coordinating all school-based activities. Support daily activities of the school office. Coordinate intake/assessment process. Order and manage office supplies. Maintain documentation and case files on all students. Organize school calendar and logistical processes of the school. Maintain attendance policies, procedures and documentation. Perform other related duties as needed. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. Strong organizational skills. Desire to work in a school-based environment. Ability to work well as part of a team. Excellent verbal communication skills. Solid writing skills. Ongoing and flexible hours.
