Position Description
In this highly focused customer service position, you will be responsible for the order entry and trouble shooting of all new accounts. You will be responsible for fast and accurate data entry and have the ability to manage multiple projects. Additionally, you will be required to provide customer service by phone, email and web chat. In this results-driven role, you will be measured by performance metrics and adherence to company policies and procedures.


Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides effective and engaged customer service via phone, web-chat, and email correspondence
• Provide fast and accurate data entry and have the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Perform timely execution of scheduled assignments and manage time effectively
• Maintain understanding of core product knowledge and be prepared to suggest additional sales
• Provide detailed documentation of activities relevant to resolutions
• Achieve performance goals for transaction rate, conversion rate, availability, assignments and other posted objectives
• Comply with standard operating practices and scheduled requirements
• Adhere to all department policies including confidentiality
• Accurate use of company systems to execute workload and track work time
• Assist management with department functions or projects as needed
• Achieve assigned goals, implements sales, and service training initiatives including active listening, complaint resolution, and selling techniques
• Perform other duties as assigned


• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in customer services, data entry or sales
• Must demonstrate accurate, fast, data entry skills
• Must possess great attention to detail and thoroughness
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Ability to work in a goal oriented environment under pressure
• Ability to analyze information and problem solve effectively
• Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills a must
• Experience working with multiple products and services
• Confident and polished phone prospecting skills required
• Ability to work independently
