Description

This is a part time position with the potential for full time hire. The candidate would start with 20 to 30 hours a week.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :
•prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
•file and retrieve documents and reference materials
•manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
•arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
•monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
•answer and manage incoming calls
•receive and interact with incoming visitors
•Sort / Distribute daily mail
•interact with external visitors
•Calendar management
•Manage temporary employee onboarding/offboarding process
•Provide general office support

Requirements

Requirements:
*Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative role
*Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point
