This position will run the day to day office tasks. Will assist the Operations Manager with personal and business functions. Scheduling appointments, phone set up, manage computers, update calendars, and complete office organization.
Must be familiar with Word and Excel. This person will need to prioritize tasks and manage the office, employee files, work with outside vendors, assist with marketing and event planning. This person will report directly to the Operations Manager and Human Resources Director. Phone skills are a must. Pleasant, yet stern and direct is eminent.
