Description

Agapé Christian Counseling Center, Inc a newly developed counseling/consulting organization is looking for a Executive Assistant to assist the Founder/Executive Director. The individual applying for this position should be a self-starter, able to work well with deadlines, and can demonstrate reliability. He/she will work hand in hand with the Executive Director on a large variety of client projects. It is important that the individual (s) applying for this position possess excellent communication skills, can work independently with little to no guidance, and understand the importance of attending to even the smallest detail.

Responsibilities

? Management of Executive calendar (s)
? Scheduling meetings
? Reading, monitoring, and responding to principals email
? Answering & screening calls and client handling queries
? Updating websites (When Necessary)
? Maintain accurate filing and making appointments
? Preparing papers for meetings
? Liaison between staff and client
? Conducting research on the internet
? Compiling contact list
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
? Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
? Schedule and coordinating speaking engagements, appearances etc
? Maintain client confidentiality and discretion

Requirements

The individual (s) applying for this position must have the ability to interact professionally with clients and have good judgment. Most importantly the individual must be able to interact with individuals of all levels, have a working knowledge of computers, word processing systems, and have access to the internet. The individual must be at least a senior in high school with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. The individual must be able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
