DescriptionProvide general case management assistance for the overall advancement of BPS families.
Understand and utilize resources within ABCD and the Community. Complete general
administrative duties. Complete follow- up calls and document daily events. Perform other
related duties as needed.
Ongoing and 15+ hours per week.

RequirementsMust be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals
of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. Strong communications
skills. Strong computer knowledge and ability to use databases and emails. Ability to follow
up with clients and agencies. Must be flexible to travel to assigned Boston Public School.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be prepared and ready to document and
complete assigned tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
