DescriptionReceive and direct/distribute some or all of the following: phone calls, mail, faxes, deliveries.
Enter and maintain listing information in the MLS and internal databases (price changes, status changes, etc.).
Welcome and assist visitors.
Send periodic emails updating all agents/staff with any new sales/listings/escrows as well as any news, announcements, and upcoming classes/meetings.
Assist sales associates with various inquiries, including preparing and maintaining listing and buyer packages.
Organize and maintain listing and sale forms, and Integrity Holdings Incs materials and forms.
Maintain a professional, organized and clean work environment.
Other duties as assigned by management to assist in the operation of the office/department.

RequirementsMinimum 6 months reception or administrative experience in a well reputable customer-centric organization.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Outlook; basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Real estate industry experience or MLS proficiency a plus.
Creative problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
