The Business Admin Intern must be an excellent organizer, with a love of learning and an enjoyment in the process of finishing projects. You have knowledge/experience in providing administrative support through the conduct of research, the preparation of statistical reports, management of information requests and in the performance of clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. You would also be training other team members in this calling.



Data Entry, Data Analysis and Reporting
Email Management
Research – Online and Offline
Editing Online Web Presence, Posting Content
Learning New Skills and Technologies as Required
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries (email).
File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
Prioritization and management of multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications
Manage and maintain executives’ schedules.
Audio Transcription – Meetings, Presentations and Conference Calls
Document Creation and Proofreading
Provide support experience in services, sales or marketing environment


Total of 240 hours -- averages to 20 hours per week
Must have your own laptop to use at home or in the office
If the internship is fulfilling college credit, you must comply with all school requirements
Able to work well in a team environment
Good reputation online
No posting of content on personal social media profiles that would conflict with professional image
Updated on current events
Interest in business administration and eager to learn more
Interest and eager to learn about a wide variety of topics
Business English - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability of intelligent initiative and detail oriented.
Technologically Savvy - PC/MAC and Mobile phone as well as exposure to other digital devices (i.e. tablets, MP3 players, etc)
Keen interest in Media; Publishing - Print & Digital, Internet, Social Media, Broadcast Television, Movies, Documentaries, Music, Live Events, Journalism & Currents Events.
Excellent Organizational Abilities
Knowledge of Tracking, Reporting and Metrics
