DescriptionExciting new business services company located in Hyattsville, MD is in immediate need of a part time Administrative Assistant to join its team. The Executive Assistant will be supporting the CEO (and up to two other individuals) with all administrative tasks: calendar management, ordering supplies, typing correspondence, researching upcoming requests for bids, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, attending fun industry events and luncheons to represent the company, and all other duties as assigned.
This is an entry level position for the perfect student/individual that would like to learn the in's ind outs of the exciting world of contracting.
Commission paid upon work performance.

- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Email
- Student in pursuit of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting.
