This is a non-profit unpaid volunteer opportunity.

We are a local nonprofit expanding organization based out of Boston and now are trying to open local chapter in different cities. We want to hire local chapter liaison to coordinate the main chapter in Cambridge and the local chapters. We are seeking an individual who is passionate to the development of nonprofit healthcare organization. The role of a local chapter liaison is to liaise between the main chapter and local chapter and coordinate their activities. The purpose of the position is to enhance the flow of information between the main chapter and the local chapter.

Responsibilities

Act as the local and volunteer representative of the Health Innovators to the local chapter.
Be knowledgeable of the Health Innovators
Become the two-way communication link between the main chapter and the local chapter by talking with chapter members about the value of
the excellent events that the Health Innovators makes available to chapters
and individual members.
Distribute the main chapter information via many channels.
Represent the chapter in the Human Resources community and actively promote the awareness and support of its activities.
Seeks input and feedback from the chapter matters, suggestions and concerns.
Researches and recommends resolution of local chapter issues and concerns, and solutions for incorporating the chapter suggestions and ideas as appropriate, to the main chapter on a regular basis.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Science
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate, facilitate, and delegate tasks as needed
Ability to endear trust among the main chapter, the local chapter and individual members
Ability to listen, learn, and follow through
