Worldlynk is a business transaction management company with our main office in Minneapolis, MN. We are looking for an energetic, professional, outgoing, hard working, and dependable person to support various functions of the office.

Responsibilities

Sample of duties include: answering phones & greet clients, maintaining databases, word processing, forms management, supporting various members of the company and maintaining their calendars, payroll processing, client follow-up and organize mailings.

Marketing assistance with be an add on to this position as you will be responsible for assisting in the organization of the marketing team and calendar management.

Requirements

You must be extremely motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task as this position can be fast paced. You also must communicate effectively over the phone and in person with both clients and team members. This position requires computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Office support and payroll processing is a plus. Previous office experience is required.
