Job Description: Executive Assistant
Summary: Provides exceptional administrative support to the President & Sr. Executives in a demanding, fast-paced, and highly customer-focused environment.  The successful candidate must be smart, assertive, confident, creative, a multi-tasker, very organized, resourceful and willing work hard.  The Executive Assistant plays a critical role within the office of the President and greater executive staff team. . This is a great opportunity for a high-achiever, and the position may evolve and expand on the basis of the organization’s needs and the EA’s skills and interests.


Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Correspondence: The EA organizes and responds to the correspondence that the President receives. The EA also takes dictation and writes business correspondence under the direction of the President.
Research: The EA compiles and files research on clients, business opportunities, upcoming events, meetings, travel destinations, projects or partners. The EA ensures that the President is always prepared for meetings with the correct information and research to make sound decisions, and that all research is captured in databases including Salesforce.
Scheduling: The EA manages the CEO's schedule. Scheduling duties include coordinating multi-party calls and meetings, making travel arrangements and managing daily meetings with internal and external contacts.
Event and Project Management: The EA may be in charge of or involved in the coordination of special events or projects including holiday parties, fundraising initiatives or personal events.
Financial tasks: The EA provides financial record maintenance including AP/AR support, reviewing bills and collecting relevant documentation, and managing subscriptions and records of financial commitments.

Requirements

Required Skills: 
In-depth knowledge and proficiency of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Self Starter who is proactive and eager to learn and develop new skills. 
High energy with ability to multi-task, ability to work well under pressure and timely deadlines. 
Excellent planning, time-management, and organizational skills – extremely fast-paced environment.
Diplomatic with excellent communications and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly to all levels within the company.
Acute attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities.
College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. 
Multifamily Experience helpful but not required
