We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join our company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Filling out all forms and documents pertaining to the following documents for Dealers, Companies and Individuals:
• Registration Stickers,
• Lost Titles,
• Bonded Titles,
• Title Transfers,
• License Plates, &
• Notary Services.
2. Keeping up with new court procedures for filing all documents.
3. Marketing/Sales for new business.
4. Maintaining all filing of all paperwork.
5. Answering phone lines.
6. Customer Services.
7. Any administrative duties that may occur on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Requirements

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
• Must have experience in Auto Title Service work
• Must be Bilingual in Spanish ( Arabic a plus )
• Extremely organized
• Friendly attitude
• Open to employment growth
• Must be able to work under a deadline and able to work efficiently without being micro- managed.
